Experiences and local knowledge
All properties selling and leasing are supervised by our company Director, Mr. Eric Hui, through his years of working experiences in properties sales, leasing and property management etc, together with his academic backgrounds, this give a huge advantage in terms of commitment for the daily operation of our company. Mr. Hui’s academic background as follows; Master of Business Law (Monash University- Australia) Master of Finance (City University of New York- Baruch College) Master of Business Administration (Charles Stuart University- Australia) Master of Corporate Governance (Baptist University of Hong Kong) Currently, Mr. Hui is Reading a degree of Juris Doctor in City University of Hong Kong.
We provide rental management consultancy to our clients, should there be any disputes or default in rental payment, upon the instruction and on behalf of our clients, we shall institute with legal actions to claim the default rentals in arrears , or alternatively, sought for repossession of the said premises and mense profit (default rentals and damages) through Land Tribunal. We also provide quotations for Landlord’s approval with respect to all repairs and maintenance jobs for the apartment, meetings with Incorporation Owner Committee or Management Office on behalf of our client to solve problems with matters related to Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) could be arranged.
